The Victoria Naomi Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty through access to technology, education, and opportunity. We empower underrepresented youth with the skills, resources, and confidence to thrive in today’s digital economy.

Grounded in equity and empowerment, we provide scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on digital literacy programs that open doors to careers in cybersecurity, software development, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. In partnership with schools, community organizations, and tech companies, we connect students with real-world training and mentors who model success and inclusion.

Powered by our sister organization, The Naomi Group, whose technologists volunteer as mentors, we give youth authentic industry exposure and access to networks that lead to lasting opportunity. Together, we’re bridging the gap between potential and achievement—building pathways to economic mobility and a more inclusive future in tech.
